A lifelong resident of Wood County, Judge Joel Kuhlman has served as Wood County Common Pleas Court Judge since 2021. He has presided over more than 2,000 criminal and civil cases as judge. He believes in transparency, fairness, and impartiality.
Judge Kuhlman holds both engineering and law degrees. He has previously served the community on Bowling Green City Council and as a Wood County Commissioner.
